Notifications
The Notifications center is where you view and manage alerts generated by your Rule Chains.
Viewing Alerts
- In-App: The bell icon in the top navigation bar shows unread notification counts.
- List View: Navigate to Management > Notifications to see the full history.
- Filter: You can filter by severity (Info, Warning, Critical) or device.
- Acknowledge: Mark alerts as read or "resolved".
Quotas
Your tenant has monthly limits for "External" notifications:
- SMS: Sending text messages consumes your database SMS quota.
- Email: Depending on your plan, email volume may also be throttled.
When a quota is reached, the "Send SMS" node in your rule chains will fail to execute, but the data processing will continue.
